IMPROV TRAINING IS TRAINING THAT WORKS.

Improv, it ain’t just about being funny. Rather, it’s a system of communication agreements that enable teams to stay present, think flexibly, solve problems, and handle the unexpected.

Those agreements – approaching our work with a spirit of play and positivity and each other with empathy and deep connection – help teams build better work environments, collaborate, and create a growth mindset.

From building presentation skills, to sales, innovation, and leadership training, I have over fifteen years of experience building programs for businesses large and small. As a founder of Austin’s ColdTowne Theater, I have worked with dozens of companies and am a nationally recognized thought leader in Applied Improv.

I have put together programs for companies such as Whole Foods, Dell, SxSw, Indeed.com, National Instruments and dozens more!
