• Oversaw thirteen year growth of ColdTowne Theater to $500K in annual sales and thousands of students, performers and audience members.
• Created yearly projections, managed $450,000/year budget, and was responsible for all accounts payable.
• Conceived, designed, and implemented ColdTowne's brand identity, public relations, and marketing strategy.
• Created theater conservatory program, wrote syllabuses, managed staff of twenty teachers and two hundred students per month.
• Produced, directed, and scheduled thousands of hours of original programming for Austin's first full time comedy theater.
• Sold, created, and implemented sales, leadership, and communication training programs for dozens of Austin businesses including Whole Foods, Dell Computers, and Indeed.
• Instructed thousands of improv students across Austin and the United States. Have been awarded/ nominated "Best Improv Teacher" every year since 2006.
• Managed full and part time staff of forty employees.

• Created, wrote, produced, and edited over two hundred hours of the popular sketch comedy podcast Victrola!, which has been featured on the Huffington Post, Vulture, and Splitsider.
• Pitched, developed and produced original audio pilot for Audible.
• Named one of Austin's "Best Comedy Podcasts" and one of the "Top Five Sketch Comedy Podcasts."
